FAQs
What is Movement Coaching?
Movement coaching is a personalized approach to enhancing physical well-being and performance through guided sessions that focus on improving an individual's movement patterns, flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness. Rooted in principles from various disciplines such as biomechanics, exercise science, and sometimes mindfulness, movement coaching aims to optimize how individuals move in their daily lives or specific activities. Coaches work closely with clients to identify areas of improvement, tailor exercises to address specific needs, and provide feedback to promote proper form and efficient movement. This holistic approach seeks to empower individuals to move more effectively, prevent injuries, and achieve their unique fitness or performance goals.

What is Red Light Therapy?
Red light therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT) or photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive therapeutic technique that utilizes red or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function and promote various health benefits. This form of light therapy involves exposing the body or specific areas to low-level wavelengths of light, typically in the range of 630 to 850 nanometers.
The red and near-infrared light penetrates the skin and is absorbed by the cells, triggering a series of biological reactions. This process enhances cellular energy production, promotes blood circulation, and modulates inflammation. Red light therapy is believed to have a range of potential benefits, including accelerated wound healing, reduced inflammation, relief from muscle and joint pain, improved skin health, and even potential benefits for mood and sleep.
The therapy is considered safe and well-tolerated, and it is applied in various settings, including clinical environments, wellness centers, and even home devices. While more research is needed to fully understand the mechanisms and optimize its applications, red light therapy has gained popularity as a non-invasive and versatile approach to support overall health and well-being.
